Returns

You can change your mind and return a product in a saleable condition with tags attached no later than 30 days after the day we deliver it. This is more generous than the 14-day legal cooling-off period in many countries.

Personalised products made to your specification cannot be returned because you changed your mind. This does not affect your legal rights if something is wrong with the product.

To start a return, email jellycat@gmail.com with your order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

If an item is faulty or misdescribed, we pay the cost of return. If you are returning because you changed your mind and you are outside the UK or USA, you pay the cost of return.
